This book inspired me to get in the kitchen and make my own dumplings and buns. I am working my way through the ramen and rice noodle section. Soon, I will try Biang Biang Noodles and a lovely rainbow salad. The vegetarian Lo Mein recipe is easy and fun to whip up on a cold fall evening.
