Good morning, I am in the kitchen and it reminds me that I have been wanting to tell you how fabulous the frozen bagels have been. It is great to be able to take out a half a bagel at a time because you spend all that time slicing them before we froze them. And it is really true that when you toast them they are so soft in the middle and crunchy on the outside it has really been quite delicious. Jim even bought a quarter pound of lox the other day. Of course that wasn't enough and so that was gone pretty soon.Thank you thank you thank you for the bagels again.Helen
