Meet the Chef… Matthew Dunn C-CAP Graduate
Matthew was an early fan of food and cooking. As a junior at
Torrenville High School in Staten Island he competed in the C-CAP
cooking Competition for Scholarships and was awarded an all-expenses
paid trip to study regional French Cooking at Le Cordon Bleu in
London. Matthew has worked with celebrity chef Waldy Malouf. Matthew
attended the Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community
College. Most recently Matthew worked as Sous Chef at The Water Club
in Atlantic City.
