For 90 years, Le Creuset has been creating some of the highest quality, and most colorful, enameled cast iron cookware in its factory in Fresnoy-Le-Grand, France. Since 1925 Le Creuset has combined the beneficial heat distribution properties of high quality cast-iron cookware, with the cleaning convenience and aesthetics of their wide selection of enamel finishes.
To celebrate their longevity and innovation, this Saturday, October 24th, there will be a demonstration of Le Creuset cookware from 2-6pm upstairs at Zabar’s Mezzanine.
