Delouis Fils Mayonnaise & Delouis Fils Garlic Mayonnaise
Maison Delouis, which began in 1885 with the production of vinegars and mustards, now makes Mayonnaise and Sauce Aioli. Both full of deep, rich flavor, Delouis Mayonnaise is made with sunflower oil and a touch of fresh lemon, while their Sauce Aioli is mayonnaise heightened with the addition of garlic. Traditionally paired with seafood, platters of vegetables and poached fish, you should also try as a garnish for crabcakes or other fried fish. Or use as a topping for French Fries - just like the Dutch!
