I just wanted to let you know that our turkey (33.61Lbs) was GREAT. I put in the oven at 9:00PM on 400 degrees for 30 minutes then lower temp to 250 degrees. I took it out and basted, raised temp for 30 minutes to brown, left on the stove top and started baking stuffing and desserts. we carved the turkey and it was wonderful, very moist and did not fall apart when sliced. I printed the instructions, even the gravy recipe and will use it from now on. We live in South Florida so the AC didn"t have to work so hard either. Thanks again Andrea.
