In my last installment of Simply Delicious Gluten Free cookies - we've got the classic cookies sandwich. Jo-Sef's call them O's (you might say they remind you of a classic Oreo).
These taste terrific, and will have you stunned that they're gluten free. They're available in Chocolate, Vanilla and Cinnamon. They also have Vanilla Cookies without the filling.
