In this series of hunting through our store, looking for new, delicious and unique products it's clear that there's a need for gluten free snacks and that we're helping to fulfill that need. So I'll begin by exploring a few of these products, here is one with perhaps my favorite packaging: Glow Gluten Free Cookies
To taste these cookies, you would have no idea they are gluten free. They crunch, taste and snack just like a traditional cookie. Even if you're not sticking to a strictly gluten free diet you might want to give them a try. Made with really good ingredients (dairy free, preservative free, transfat free & made with garbanzo and fava bean flour!) they are basically a terrific snack.
And their packaging is so cute! The back of each box has a cute fill in the blank puzzle. From the Chocolate Chip Cookies:
