the matzoh almond brittle recipe in step 5 calls for sugar ... but it's not listed among the ingredients at the top. same 1 cup brown sugar as the second recipe?

So there must be an error in the Matzoh almond Brittle recipe...
Is it 2 Cups of Sugar to 1/4 cup of water or vice versa? thanks
