superstar chef, Marcus Samuelsson will be conducting two cooking
workshops at Zabar's this December 11th from 6 – 8 PM and December 20th
from 2 – 4 PM. Marcus, a global culinary talent, has developed a
reputation for creating unique, flavorful meals influenced by his early
roots in Ethiopia, his childhood in Sweden and his world travels. A
current New York restaurateur, Marcus recently opened C-House located
in the Affinia Chicago Hotel and is serving up fabulous gourmet burgers
at Marc Burger in Macy's State Street, also in Chicago.
