Cookbook review by Tracey Zabar
This little brioche is not too sweet, but very yummy. It only takes a few minutes to mix the ingredients, and then some time for the dough to rest and rise. The book has another recipe for a sugary, eggy bread concoction, similar to French toast, using the brioche and served with peanut brittle ice cream. Just in case you like sugar. We are giving away a copy of the Lamingtons and Lemon Tart cookbook, 1 lb. Zabar's Kona Style coffee and two Zabar's Design Porcelain mugs.
