For those times when no amount of Pumpkin is enough! It's great in Zabar's Blend Coffee.
Pumpkin Spice Coffee Cream Recipe
1 cup milk or half and half
2 Tablespoons pumpkin puree
2 Tablespoons light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
dash of fresh nutmeg for topping
Combine milk (or half and half), pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla into a small sauce pan and heat until warm and bubbling. Watch and stir consistently, being sure it doesn't burn.
Froth with an immersion blender.
Pour to top off two cups of Zabar's coffee brewed your favorite way (drip, french press or espresso will all work).
And yes, you can top it with some whipped cream. Enjoy!
